My background


Many years ago, I started out as a performance marketeer specialising in Paid Ads and SEO. I quickly felt like I was hitting a wall; feeling limited in the impact that I was able to make for companies.


I started to look at growth holistically and broaden my skillset.


Through the years I worked at 3 different agencies and transformed into a T-shaped growth marketer, while simultaneously developing stronger strategic skills and a love for sales.


I was able to build up experience working for a broad range of clients, from start-ups to scale-ups and bigger corporates. This allowed me to also develop stronger soft skills, like stakeholder management and leadership skills.

After working at digital agencies for 4+ years, I decided to start my own consulting firm. The pillars I focus on today are growth strategy & consulting (40%) services, while remaining hands-on and helping with execution (40%) and data analyses (20%). On the side, I also love to mentor and coach other founders through Growth Mentor (check out my profile here!) and offer workshops.


This balance ensures that I keep my T-shape knowledge, stay on top of the latest developments and trends and offer the best service possible for my clients.

My Approach

Before I kick off a collaboration, there is a specific foundation that needs to be in place. Input needs to be shared about the company's current situation. In case some of the input is missing, my advice might be to first invest in building the right foundation. This might be a research, measurement or data analytics trajectory.


Why? Because this eliminates the risk of building on shaky foundations that might hinder growth. For example: I won't advise to launch a new campaign if measurement is not properly set up, as this will hinder results.


Clear communication during the collaboration is key. I prefer to work with weekly stand ups and bi-weekly or monthly growth meetings (depending on project size) to stay aligned.
